I paid 6 months in advance rent here and have had a terrible experience. I hired an attorney because I'm tired of being polite AT MY EXPENSE! My apartment was 108 degrees all summer and 65 degrees now. THEIR heating & cooling company said I needed a larger unit and more vents in this apartment and they have done nothing. They won't do repairs at Walnut Park Manor in Sapulpa people have had no oven no dryer for weeks and months and I have a ductwork smell of chemicals and smoke and mold no one will check it out and this has been since December I have a bacterial respiratory infection because of this. I guess Jes holdings is not a man of integrity and employees the same. So advise you don't rent from Fairway Mgmt. You'll pay a high rent for a new project and still live in the slums and be treated like crap if you say anything. They are in viol... read more
