I hired JES Foundation Repair services in November 2020 for crawlspace repair work. Since 2020, JES hasn't been able to get its work to PASS the Arlington County inspection process. Their crawlspace repair work is not permitted! As a result, I can not sell my home with open/active permits resulting from the POOR quality crawlspace repair work performed by JES Foundation Repair. Matthew Rosson, Harold Brown and Del-Rae, worked diligently on my foundation repair job and they were a delight to work with. They were very helpful in explaining the job to me and very patient with me with all the questions that I had. Their quality of workmanship was outstanding and I truly enjoyed them. Jordan Cook came to our home and had to redo our sub pump, he had to dig and drop the sub pump lower. He handled all this digging by hand by himself and did a great job. Jordan reassured us if this did not solve the issue to let the company know. He did a great job and we have confidence if there are any issues he/his company will take care of it.
100% dissatisfied with work performed. A root separated the support blocks in my garage from the slab foundation. Hired JES to repair the damage caused by the root. After the repair, the support blocks are still separated from the slab foundation, and the wall is still bowed out. I cannot even repair the wall because the underlying support blocks are still separated from the foundation slab. Stay away from this company, they will rip you off.
