These guys knocked it out of the park ! Greg and CJ stabilized my concrete pad, which had a foot of space between the base gravel and the bottom of the pad. (1958 built house at the river). Very professional well mannered. Also a shout out to Dustin whom came out originally to check out the project. Again very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks again guys! Great Job !! JES foundation has never been the same since they sold the business years ago. Now everything is high-pressure sales we bought a service contract for $700 for two inspections a year before they sold the business they would inspect my crawlspace, which cost me a total of $26,000. Joe Guth was my field inspector for my 4th year inspection for my crawl space encapsulation and drainage system. My appointment was made and Joey informed me of his arrival time (he arrived on time) and he arrived with a very professional and courteous personality. He initially explained what he was going to do and got straight to work. After the inspection was completed we sat down at the kitchen table and he fully explained everything he found (good and bad). His time and patience was greatly appreciated.

I hired JES Foundation Repair services in November 2020 for crawlspace repair work. Since 2020, JES hasn't been able to get its work to PASS the Arlington County inspection process. Their crawlspace repair work is not permitted! As a result, I can not sell my home with open/active permits resulting from the POOR quality crawlspace repair work performed by JES Foundation Repair. We found a number of cracks in our basement wall and needed an honest diagnosis of our house's specific issue, so we called JES. We wanted to know if this was normal settling (the house is 37 years old and showed almost no other signs of issues) or if there was some other more concerning problem. I must admit to being a bit skeptical about JES's ability to repair serious cracks in our garage floor, some of which were raised by almost an inch, risking serious stumbles for those of us in our seventies. Vincent Gardner of JES allayed our skepticism by methodically addressing even the most significant cracks. By the time he had finished, the garage floor was once again evened out, with much reduced potential liability. I recommend JES and Vincent enthusiastically!

We are so pleased with the work performed by JES at our property in the Foxfire section of Virginia Beach. Christian Distler- Caravetta & Tyler Jackson did excellent work on the front porch brick work and the concrete work. The work was completed in a timely manner and they were exceptionally professional. I highly recommend this company and especially Christian and Tyler.

Matthew Rosson, Harold Brown and Del-Rae, worked diligently on my foundation repair job and they were a delight to work with.
