Beware of using Zelle if you’re ordering from out of state. I sent the cash and the next day they said they didn’t receive it. So I called my bank and checked online to make sure it sent and wasn’t pending. It did go through. They claimed they didn’t receive it, once again. I asked them to call their bank to check. By the evening, they told me to cancel the Zelle, which anyone who uses Zelle knows it works like cash and you cannot simply cancel it. So the next day I called my bank to see what options I had.
