Very disappointing experience. I purchased two gold bracelet from this store at an extremely overpriced price, expecting high quality and professional standards. Unfortunately, the bracelet turned out to be poorly made and nowhere near worth the amount I paid. I’ve spent thousands at Jerusalem Jewelry and have been a loyal customer for years, even driving all the way from Philly to shop. Today I bought a ring, and when my car died, I went back and asked for a jump, they said no and walked away. They only care about their customers when they’re taking their money. I will never shop from them again
