I’ve spent thousands at Jerusalem Jewelry and have been a loyal customer for years, even driving all the way from Philly to shop. Today I bought a ring, and when my car died, I went back and asked for a jump, they said no and walked away. They only care about their customers when they’re taking their money. I will never shop from them again
