My sister unfortunately had changed her mind about getting another car. The dealer sent me an email and told me to have her stop by at any time and he would be glad to help her. Definitely very courteous.

So I emailed the dealer twice with in a two week period and he never got back to me. I decided to call him and asked if he was negotiable on the price and he said "no I'm firm on the price" and that was it (which explains why the vehicle has been sitting on his lot for a while). I didn't bother to ask why he never contacted me after my initial email where I left my number. In fact, we have hundreds of returning customers that choose Jerusalem Auto Inc. because of the pleasant buying experience. Unfortunately, on some of our cars, we don't have much room to negotiate.

Purchased a 10-year old Prius from Jerusalem back in July. Great car, fair price, and the dealer was straight forward, honest and always responded quickly. Also very low pressure, which I appreciated. Small inventory but I think that's because they're very selective about what they offer. Highly recommended.

sent emails to three dealers this was the only one to call the following business day. ill likely goto to this dealer as a result. The gentleman i spoke with professional, polite, and to the point, just how I prefer and had the sense to call my after work.
