Great relaxed atmoshere! Food was exceptional!
I took my family in there on a Saturday night. There was 6 of us! They were extremely busy! We were seated immediately and the wait staff was absolutely phenomenal for how busy they were. It was probably the best steak I’ve had in the area!! We will definitely be back!!!!
I was very disappointed with my family's dinning experience today Tuesday 4/23/19. The waitress that was working made us feel like my Mother, Wife and I were a bother for her to wait on. It was so bad that when my Wife ordered a beer, the waitress yawned in her face. if my Mother hadn't been there I would have lost it. I was asked as I was leaving the tavern how my meal was and I could not even answer. I will Not return again or recommend the tavern to anybody else ether....
I've never had a bad experience until last night! I brought two people whom have never been there before and it was a horrible experience for them... His steak that he ordered "well" done came out with the "well" done plastic ticket in it but once he cut into the steak it was completely "rare" with blood running on plate and his cauliflower was cold, they brought me out the completely wrong meal and then when I got the correct meal my crab cake was all but burnt! Had my first Jerseytown Tavern experience tonight! Wonderful atmosphere, welcoming staff, and ridiculously amazing food! Huge portions of delicious food...I am already planning my next Jerseytown Tavern adventure!!!
