The office staff is the worst. Whoever is in charge is not in charge!!! When I arrived 15 minutes early after not being able to register via cell phone because I didn't do it 45 min in advance I was charged twice $60 x 2 and set away after arriving 10 min early. Staff was on personal calls and did not help me. They took a walk in and sent me away with a scheduled appointment DONT GO HERE: Nobody answers the phone and if you do talk with someone they are rude. I took my father here because he felt that the doctor he had seen previously did not listen to him or address his issues; just merely gave him a prescription and would say" see you in a year". The first doctor we saw here was Dr. Piskun. My father expressed that it was nice to have someone who actually took the time to listen to his concerns and truly seem to care. I wish I had read the reviews before I chose Jersey Urology. My first visit was actually with a real live Dr (Dr. Wren). He spoke so fast and confident that I had nothing to worry about; but he also was "training" a young lady on how to use the "computer/tablet". I presented him with my blood work from Dec 2019 and he looked at, then said ok, got it, and gave it back to me. Everything about this doctor and his office was horrendous, I would not recommend Dr. Schutz to anyone. My first appointment was in the Somers point office which had a very unprofessional staff, not friendly, courteous or helpful, and every Exam room I went in was filthy. Second visit was even worse and that was in the Galloway office, met with Dr. Schutz to review all test results from previous appointment.
