Horrible...my husband has a 4 mm kidney stone and they ordered more tests and told him to come back for a follow up in 5 weeks..He is in sometimes excruciating daily pain..They did not have any empathy for that at all..He was treated like a thing not a person..
THEY MISSED A CANCER DIAGNOSIS! I went to Jersey Urology Group when I first noticed that I had blood in my urine and my primary care physician recommended that I follow-up with a urologist. Jersey Urology Group was able to get me in for further testing and prescribed a cat scan and a cystoscope. Very rude physicians and very dirty offices, I have been to the Galloway and Somers Point offices. The woman DO and PAs were very nasty to me. I don't appreciate being talked down to from anyone.

Although i respect and was very pleased with Dr Miller. The jersey urology group administration staff or call center, is the worst ever. They are uninformed have no knowledge of anything rude and above all arrogant! These people should be removed from the medical field. Stay away from this group!! Horrible!! Dr Miller should seek another place of employment. The rest aren't worth spit!!!!
Here is the first I just left on google This group might be one of the worst in the world. You have to call a group like a call center who knows nothing about anything might as well be kids from high school just message takers. They only care about your money if you are 1 second late they cancel your appt. they never follow up just 10000% joke of a group I would recommend anyone else or just suffering before letting this group work on anyone you know or love. If you hate people send them here they will SUFFER the worst!
Stay as far away from this place as you can. I have been strung along in the Sewell location for almost 3 months now. I was putt on medication for my symptoms without any tests being performed to get a diagnosis which made my symptoms so much worse. I finally had a bladder scan done, and found that the medicine was the complete opposite of what I needed. This is the first medication you prescribed. You then prescribed a second med. of which I was not notified but found "just looking." So disappointed with lack of communication, no explanation of reports. The staff is not following through and I will communicate this in some manner. The second med. would have been put back by pharmacy if I had not seen it.
Second appointment: I called 10 minutes prior to the appointment and said I would be 3 minutes late according to GPS and they told me don't bother going, we will cancel my appointment. I told them I was pulling in and they stated don't bother we cancelled the appointment. I was offered a 2 pm re-schedule but decided to find another doctor. It seems its ok for me to wait 55 minutes for them on my first appointment however 2 minutes is not acceptable due to traffic on my end. Very Very bad office staff on many levels. ... read more
