PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. They failed to complete my job, promised to come back to do so in exchange for accepting full payment, then repeatedly promised on text they would return to complete the job and never did. This took place over 3 MONTHS. PLEASE AVOID THEM - There are so many choices out there PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.
RecommendedGreat service!! We had a large tree, well over 100ft, and in a very awkward/tight spot. The guys were able to get it down without incident, no issues to either our property or the neighbors! The work was quick and efficient, and the clean up was well done!
I will not recommend this company. The sales pitch included all the branches along/above my fence and they just cut the lower branches. They claimed the tree was too high and the top branches were not included in the quote. Then they claims half of the money because they did half of the job. Now I have to contract another company to finish the job. Baaaad service.
About 2 weeks ago during a storm a large branch broke off a huge maple tree in our yard and fell into another smaller tree, electrical wires, and some cable wires. It was a heavy, dangerous, tangled mess. We called two local tree removal companies, neither could even look at it for at least 2 weeks. I highly recommend Jersey Tree Care. They were timely, efficient and went above and beyond. Their cleanup was fantastic!
Service was very good. Came out promptly for an estimate, reasonable price, scheduled the work, showed up on time and completed the work per the proposal. No issues ... would recommend.
We had an emergency on a Saturday night. Kevin and Chris responded immediately to our phone call. Sunday we had an estimate and by Monday the tree was gone. If I were a teacher I’d give them an A+. Do not hesitate to contact them for all your tree needs.
I wish there was an option to give a zero star! This person is dishonest and totally unreliable. He charged a lot of money to trim some trees. But despite the fact he did not finish the job. When we called, numerously every time he said he will be there in 10 minutes!!!! Finally we gave up. Unfortunately we gave the money to him before he complete everything.. he promised to come next day .. but he NEVER did. What a shame to deal with dishonest people .. Please be careful and stay away from this company.
I used their services to cut down six trees on my property, to get rid of over grown bushes and to prepare to soil for seed. All this was done to get the house ready for sale...Everything was done neatly, professionally and in a timely manner. I had gotten several estimates for the work and their pricing was where it needed to be for me. I very highly recommend them. Lindsay
