My husband and I are sitting in the ER. First they said we were called but we never heard it even though we never left the care area. Maybe it could've been when the registration lady was talking to us about her personal life. When we did get called in the nurse didn't know we were sitting in the room and was talking about us. We then get put in a room with blood on the counter, glove on the floor and the board in the room displaying names of staff was yesterday's date. Very good hospital, doctors, nurses& services .. The only problem was to find a parking lot :D
Horrible childrens hospital... was there for a belly button infection for 6 days of my 2 week old on ivs... didnt get offered breakfast lunch or dinner once.. most of the nurses took forever to do anythi g needed.. even delievered the meds 2 hrs late cause it was interupting social hour... id rather die then ever have to go back to that hospital.... they claim great rating but do alot of searching n u will find horrible expericenses there.. if i ever need to go again ill take the trip to Philly... disgusted with the place af... read more
I was there today getting a pacemaker like device replaced and everything went so smoothly. I wish I remembered everyone's name to thank them but I do remember the names of the people in discharge. They were so sweet and helpful their names are Kathy and Nick. Even my husband who was waiting for me stated how helpful and considerate everyone was to him. Thanks for a great experience!
I walked into the EMERGENCY room at 10:00PM this past weekend and was told there was a 4 hour wait. I was sent to another section of the Emergency Room and was told it would only be 2 hours. I registered and then SAT. Eventually (at around 2:30AM, I was called into the regular ER. As I walked past the reg. area that I had been in, I observed that the area was dark. They closed at 2:00 and nobody had the decency of telling any of the people in the waiting room? WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE? and Why call it an emergency room ... read more
We met wonderful doctors, nurses, anesthesiologist and staff today when my son had a procedure at Amdur Ambulatory with Dr. Beth Loveridge Lenza. They were all warm, sensitive and extremely caring. It truly made for a great experience for myself and my son.
