Do not bank here. They take money out of your account whenever they feel like it, whithout permission from the account holder. They are very untrustworthy.
I bank here because it is next to my house. They have the worse internet tech support I've ever experienced as far as password recovery, Not only did it take fifty minutes to receive the link, causing me to think I did something wrong and resubmit my request, I had to leave for work before it arrived. the link was only valid for two hours. When I was able to check it, i had to resubmit again only to find out that was too many times and i beleive tech support has gone home for the night because when I called it went straight ... read more
Worst bank I have ever had to deal with. Tammy Smith who does mortgage loans in Lock Haven branch is the worst person possible to assist you wih your loan. She lacks communication skills.
Thank you, Kim Walker, from the Jersey Shore office! My stepson was in the middle of buying a house and having many problems with the lender he started with.
