They entered our info in the computer wrong which caused a fraud alert. We tried fixing it and TAMMY SMITH gave us the wrong address to send a copy of our license and social security card too! That was over 2 months ago! She never once has reached out and contacted us after telling us to wait 30 days and it should be fixed! Not happy!
There internet banking is a joke. You transfer money and you get a text saying it transfers and doesn't. Or you can't get on the banking app all day because of system maintenance? Can that not be done oh I don't know 2-3 am Not at 7pm when people need it!
They changed their hours so that anyone that actually works can’t go and doing any banking after they get off work because they decided to close at 1. & 3pm and closed on Saturdays!!! I’ll be looking for a new bank!

at Walmart go to the state bank on it an ask for a roll of quarters . they say they can't cause I don't have an account. wow have times changed , I never heard of something so dump. it's a roll of quarters for a $10 bill . i guess I'll continue to never consider banking here
Carrie Campbell and her assistant Hana Miller are great! Got my first mortgage loan through them and they helped me every step of the way. I had terrible credit at the start but they told me the way to get it to where I needed it to be. After that it went all uphill from.
