We recently worked with Steve Z. at this RE/MAX office and he did a wonderful job for us. We purchased a "Short Sale" In North Wildwood, and believe me there's nothing short about a Short Sale. However, Chip held our hand, returned our calls always and talked us off the ledge several times throughout the entire process. We recently got pummeled by a storm and a year later Chip called to see if we were ok and ask if we needed anything, He doesn't just disappear after the sale, Thank you! Chip and his team were awesome! My wife and I are not too easy to appease, but Chip and his team kept their cool and found us a lovely condo in Wildwood.
