A horrible place to do business stay away. Bought a brand new quad failed 1st ride and they have had it for 4 and a 1/2 months. I had to drive there to fight with them due to not responding to messages they over nighted parts and magically had a fix the next day. They picked my unit up and was told they would be bringing it back to me when they were done as I live in South Jersey. It's been over a week now and they're telling me they will not bring it back as they had promised unless I pay them. They have also drug this on f... read more

Joe, as you may or may not know, we are still recovering from Covid and this summer was challenging on every front as a result. Manufacturing came to a halt, shipping was delayed, and our team was severely understaffed. That being said, you dropped off the vehicle and we immediately began diagnostics. We have worked closely with the manufacturer (BRP) to ensure that all repairs are approved to fall under warranty. There are multiple documented exchanges between our technicians and BRP. About 6 weeks ago I walked in to buy one of 4 bikes they had on their website I was looking at them for weeks...got there and didn’t see any on the floor literally walked around for 20 mins without anyone asking me if I needed anything. They open at 9 am I was there at 9 am, must be 10 people in the place just watching me walk around...I walk up to the salesman’s desk and ask where they have the bikes on the website and he says “oh we sold all those last week, we were really busy they just didn’t update the website” ok fine,... read more

Teddy and all the guys in the service department are top notch. I had bought a brand new side by side from a dealer in another state which programmed the keys wrong. I called all local dealerships around me and they wouldn’t put me in the schedule for 2 weeks to reprogam my keys which took the tech here 5min to do all because I didn’t purchase my machine from them. I then talked to teddy the service manager and he was very understanding with the situation and got me in the next morning! That just shows you the type of people... read more

I've attempted to make contact several times in the last few weeks. No one responded to emails or voice mails. The time I did speak with a floor attendant, he told me that he was too busy to make a sale over the phone. I live an hour and 45 minutes away. I am not driving that far for this type of service. There is a bike that I am ready to purchase if someone would actually contact me. It is listed for 6k obo. I will give you your asking price plus tax. I am not paying your assembly fees. 610 653 2106

Horrible customer service, no one knew what was going on in the showroom. We contacted them regarding a certain bike they said it was available, we had a 2:45 appointment they made us wait 2 hours only to tell us that the bike was sold. Then another guy try’s to help us he sends us to go look at another bike and when we return he is gone. Not one time did someone come over to us to see if we needed help nothing.

This dealer should NOT be in business. They will NOT return phone calls or follow up with anything. I wasted my time driving an hour to this sh**hole only to be given the runaround on the advertised price. Don’t waste your time with this dump.
