Horrible service. Texh came here today and said he fixed the issue, Took my money and machine is still broken. Tried to call and Michelle was rude and pretty much said "oh well there is nohing we can do". Will be contacting the BBB today!!!
Sales experience was great Frank made it so easy! But installation of my new dishwasher? Ugh. They needed Teflon tape (which my husband supplied to them) and both men needed to use my bathroom with their dirty boots on. I paid $175 for installation. They did a good job with installing the appliance, no leaks...but I think they could have been a little more professional. With this company's great reputation I was expecting an experience like the Horizon Services commercials.

When my refrigerator stopped working, I called Jersey Coast Appliance. They were here the next day and did a great job for a fair price. I would not hesitate to call them again in the future.
I changed my review and learning from the new tech what happened in my last situation. Ed was WONDERFUL and has restored my faith in a company previously loved. I didn't give 5 stars only because the situation before was so bad and I was getting the run around from the lady who kept rescheduling me. I will, however, use this company in the future again!
Jersey Coast Appliance gets an "F" from the Better Business Bureau and they take advantage of Veterans and the Disabled with bogus bait and switch service calls.
