Purchased a dishwasher 2 1/2 years ago from them. Recently a musty smell started AFTER washing a load of dishes. They sent a tech out who couldn’t find anything wrong or smell that pungent odor in there. But what he could tell me was how clean my dishwasher was! So he said if I still had issue to call back and then he would do research with LG about what’s going on! Why couldn’t he do research then? They Attempted to repair a warranty covered cooling issue on our LG Refrigerator and failed completely. Same issue after 2 weeks. Incompetent and unreliable, also Ralph the employee was of zero assistance and was incompetent as well!!! -5 stars wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy!!
Bob is very customer oriented and knows a lot about all things appliances!! Five stars Jersey Coast Appliance.
Have a Lowes service agreement. Jersey Central came to repair water leak. 2 days later flooded my kitchen floor , but this time thru air ducts and Lower floor. Hope you guys clean air ducts and repair Sheetrock Best is they have turned off comments.

Horrible!!!! This business needs to be out service! Their service is horrendous! They give you a time frame and show up hours later and then says they will be there the next day first thing because they don't have a part. Now it's xmas eve and they say they aren't showing up till later Bc they went to Monmouth county instead! Can't talk to any supervisor. Yes it's xmas eve, but you want to be open and service people you should have appropriate staff on. Never again will I use them or recommend them to anyone.
We purchased an AC from JCA at the beginning of last summer for our office and ran the poor little guy HARD, 24/7 for months and even some time in the winter. Unfortunately, we started having trouble in the middle of the heat wave 2 weeks ago. We called JCA again and decided we needed a more powerful unit immediately.
