i called and was informed open to 5:30 pmtoday. I arrived at 4:45 pm they were closed. From other reviews,this happens. Unfortunate, they are usually great to work with to care for my car.

I got an oil change here. The next day I noticed a large puddle of oil on my garage floor. I checked the oil, it was dry. I brought the car to my trusted mechanic. He inspected it and found that there was no o-ring on the filter. He also degreased the underside of my car as it was covered in the oil that had leaked as I drove it. He charged me $91 for his service. I returned to Jersey shine and lube and told them my problem. The owner asked why I didn't bring it to them to check out the problem. Horrible place…save your money!!! Paid for the top car wash. Tire rims still dirty. Car not vacuum, dash not cleaned, and finger prints still on the mirror. Suppose to wipe down your door panels. They use an air compressor to blow the water off.

Disgusting Had to file with the BBB, the Burlington County Consumer Affairs Office, and Medford PD.. The snapped off the drivers side mirror, pretended not to know what happened to it, mysteriously it popped up hidden in a corner of the car wash. They refused to do anything right away, and a few hours later when I called THEM they said the best they'd do is order a mirror, install it (all at our expense) and then to compensate give us a GIFT CARD! Horrible and terrible customer svc My mother recently went here for an oil change. She also had her air filter replaced at their suggestion. Her car broke down less than 5 miles away. It had to be towed and repaired the next day. Culprit: when removing air filter, a piece broke off and fell into the vaccum, intermittently blocking it so the car wouldn't stay running. Horrible Management and Customer Service – The problem was that they put my truck through the car wash when I was ready to pay without telling me. I had luggage in the back bed of the truck and they ruined some electronics of mine. I called the manager Jack to let him know of the situation and he told me it was my fault and there was nothing he could do about it. Ripped off my Mirrors I have used Jersey Shine & Lube for years for my three cars. Monday 12/24/07 I took my 2000 Pontiac Grand Am there and their machines broke off both mirrors. They replaced them. When I asked for additional compensation in the form of a couple of free washes, they told me that I should be greatful that they replaced my mirrors and it only took 2 days. Last time I go there!
