Food is fine Management is terrible. Absolutely horrible customer service experience. Worst assistant manager claiming to be the manager. Then manager coming on phone pretending that normal behavior. Good luck with your jobs
Very tasty sandwiches, I come here very often.Since I live nearby, it's a great place.
Placed an online app order with very detailed instructions for four sandwiches. Nothing complicated just picking from the already offered condiments. I returned to my vehicle and looked over the bag to ensure I got the correct amount of sandwiches. I immediately noticed the separately ordered oil&vinegar and pickles were missing from the bag. Ethan was amazing! He literally knew the whole menu and helped me make my selection. Not sure what his role is there but he should absolutely be the one training people. My food was fresh, service was great!
