Ordered giant #17 no vegetables. Person who took my order parroted back “no vegetables”. Got vegetables. Asked for a remake. Order taker stormed back to the cooks and said “he didn’t say no vegetables I don’t believe him.” Replacement sandwich was sloppy and mangled. It’s been about 30 minutes since I ate it and my stomach is turning. Concerned about malicious food safety/handling. Customer service left a lot to be desired. Parking is not trailer friendly which caused me to have to cross Bishop Ave but the sub was awesome.
Food isnt bad. Unfortunately though, three straight mobile orders I had missing items on my sandwich. Hopefully this issue is resolved in the near future
About a 50:50 chance of them getting your order right when you order online or in person we just got 2 subs and they got the ingredients on the subs both wrong. Specifically put no mayo one one sub and no vinegar on the other sub online and they put both of those on our subs.
