Walked in ordered a sub for my son. Number 17 no peppers, just fried onions, steak, lettuce, and mayo. The person cooking turns around puts onions and peppers on. I politely said no peppers please. She picks the peppers out and continues on. At this point I’m waiting to tell them what I want for myself and am told go ahead down to the register. Guess I’m not eating them. Stopped by for lunch and an older man working was rude to other people working there and to myself. Last time visiting this location.
ordered on the app for lunch today, i got a sandwich and 2 bags of chips. they forgot my chips luckily i noticed, got home unwrapped the sandwich and they didn’t get my bread right forgot bacon and put onions onto the sandwich (witch i’m allergic too). i called the store twice the phone rang for 2 minutes each time no pickup. almost 30 dollars and i can’t eat my sandwich. how do you get a mobile order completely wrong. i do not recommend this location.
The best Jersey Mike's I've ever had is this Jersey Mike's. Excellent sandwich. Friendly people.
