The worst experience in my whole life. Camto buy a chicken sandwich, none of the workers could explain what the chicken is, grilled, boiled, roasted. One shot girl was on cashier machine, she was just terrible in service. Very disappointed Left with nothing but disappointment. That's not a service, guys. That's just a joke. No manager to care about the customers, no number to call and complain. Never go there, please. There are so many good places around.
Good Jersey Mike's. Consistent food, service. Place is clean. Love the Rosemary Parmesan roll with the #7. Always get it Mike's Way.
So this was probably the BEST experience I've had at a Jersey Mike's (I go to Jersey Mike's a lot lol 😆) I think the girl who helped me was Cassandra but I could be wrong (that was the name on my receipt) and the other girl that was with her was just as great! I buy one or two subs on daily basis from this location, it's close to my work, and the food is great. Today I stoped by to get my lunch on my way to work, as usual, but the new manager, she said her name is Cassandra, had such bad attitude that I lost my appetite to order. It's a shame, because the rest of the staff were always amazing, friendly, and polite. I left and never will go to this location again. I know this doesn't make a difference for them, and they really don't care about these reviews, and that is ok with me.... read more
