I had made a mistake on Grubhub and ordered my sandwich to the wrong hotel. After getting a credit back from Grubhub, I reordered my sandwich. Silly me didn’t think to check my order. When I received it, it wasn’t the same custom order I placed but a generic number 8 sandwich. When I called and explained my situation to Deshaun, he was understanding and accommodating. “We can do that for you, bring the sandwich and come on down” he said. Found bits of white sharp plastic while biting into my sandwich. Called to inform them and got no answer.
I have loved Jersey Mike's since I lived in New Jersey 30 plus years ago. I would go to my local one in Toms River and occasionally the original in Point Pleasant. Locations here in Pittsburgh were scant for a long time and I would mostly go to the one in Peter’s Township (still do when I need a 3 or 6 footer).
