I wanna give a big shout-out to the staff at this Jersey Mike's... Always nice, professional and great tasting subs! I doordash so I either eat or drink water on the fly. It's one of the hottest days out and the gentleman who I think is a manger has done a really nice thing to the folks that come in there. I greatly appreciate it man!
Employee was on their personal phone while making my order and rushed through making my order. Then when I got home I found several hairs in my food. I absolutely would not recommend this location. Update: I emailed the manager like I was asked to do in the response and my email was never answered. My review stands.
As much as I love Jersey Mike's, this specific location gives them a bad name. Every time I have been here, there's been something wrong with the order or they lost my order as in my last visit. I waited 15 minutes or more to find out that they didn't even have my order and had to give it to them again. No apologies, no offers of discounts, wouldn't let me talk to the manager even, extremely poor customer service.
