mannn, this is my FAVORITE sub shop. where do i start.... 1st off, the food quality is the best by far. not to mention the clean setting of the shop itself. lastly, the customer service is out of this world. one worker, ryan, took my order very quick and delivered an awesome sandwich. thank U!!

Very rude girl behind the counter at Stony Brook location on Friday at 11:30 all I asked for was lettuce that wasn’t brown and at the bottom of the tub because as soon as she was done with my sandwich, she was going to change the lettuce out. I just wanted Lettuce that wasn’t brown. I ordered four sandwiches spent $50. You think she would be happy to give me new lettuce. It’s a shame and she didn’t even apologize. This is located in Stony Brook… I go to pay for an order that’s $70, with a $100 bill and they refused to take it. Do better, the service here is terrible
