Energy was definitely off in this restaurant today. Normally I come in the evening and the staff is super nice: greeting you, asking you if there’s anything else you need and even wanting to upsell! Today, no one was in there and an employee was sitting in the chair on their phone. No one greeted us as about 5 ppl walked in at once. No thank you upon purchase completion either from cashier. Probably won’t be returning for a while unless it’s during the evening.
Awesome sandwiches just wish they were a bit faster. Especially on online orders.
Enjoyed my visit service was very nice
My husband and I frequent this location for lunch and always receive excellent service and food. The manager there, Phil, is top notch and always aiming to make sure you have a great experience. Stop by and say hi to Phil!
