I placed a phone order for a #9 Mike's way , team member Mark answered the phone with an exceptional manner and tone . I missed something on my order and called back Mark remembered me and fixed my order with no problem

One of the young employees, Mark, treated me with respect even giving me suggestions as to the best sandwich for me. He made my sandwich taste that much better. Me and my family enjoyed the sub he made dearly and I wish the best for him.
