Not only are the subs incredibly expensive, 20$, but they are so flavorless and bland I felt like I'd gotten COVID again. They must soak the cold cuts in water overnight to make sure they get all the flavor out. Save yourself the money and your taste buds the disrespect and go someplace else.

I love Jersey Mike's. I frequent the 2 other locations near my house with no issues. The Torrington location is plagued with rude staff since it opened. Multiple people waiting for pickup and being ignored. When anyone asked about their food the gentleman would glance at the rack and shake his head and walk away without saying a word. Work on customer service please.
Wait times are ridiculous. Only two guys working at peak hours!? Obviously owners are too cheap to care about the customers and their staff. It’s a shame because the subs are good but since we have owners and managers who are so concerned about labor cost they make their customers suffer.
When you're charging so much for sandwiches your staff should be able to provide customers with fresh toppings when the options looks sad and old......it's bad to tell customers that all of the toppings look like that bc you are to lazy to get something fresh. 33 dollars for 2 sandwiches that don't even have lettuce....do better.
