4 to 5 times in a row, they've used chicken on the #56 Philly Cheese STEAK. I called to literally let them know, not expecting any refund but to make them aware. Dude on the phone hung up on my halfway through explaining. I used to frequent this location but you best believe today was my last visit. Be careful and avoid this location.
Came in today and had a super good experience that I don’t normally have when I go in to food places. Alex (the manager) and Ramon were working and these guys were genuinely cool. We were laughing, cutting jokes, and just having real conversation, like real people, the whole time I was there. I placed an app order that was supposed to be ready at 12:09. I arrived at 12:10, it wasn’t ready yet and other people were waiting for their orders as well, so I waited. No one greeted me or asked if I was waiting for an order. When my order was ready, they put it on the rack behind the counter and nobody said anything.
