Have been coming here since they opened. The staff is incredibly friendly, treating you more like family and less like a number. Zoey provides exceptional customer service, always with a big smile and pleasant attitude.

I got a Sub for lunch on 11/28 & asked for White bread. When I mentioned that the bread didn't look like White bread the Black girl insisted that it was White bread. We'll take a look at this picture of the Sub because it wasn't on White bread. I should have took it back but I didn't want the hassle or for it to go to waste but I didn't get what I wanted & won't be back. Also, the other pic shows how all the employees huddled in the back of the restaurant.

I always find Jersey Mike’s meat and vegetables to be of superior quality. I was diagnosed with Celiac, and I thought now I can’t have any sandwiches. But no, Jersey Mike’s did it again! This gluten-free sandwich was the best I’ve had of all the different sandwich shops!!

I got two regular subs that were great . I used my discount card the cashier forgot yo give it back.so when I went back a few hours later to get it it was folded up and thrown in the trash the card has other business we're I can get a discount on it they may not take it because it was folded like that. I feel you guys owe me for my card.

I've always loved Jersey Mike's their subs are better then everyone else's in my opinion, BUT when I order extra meat & even pay the extra money for it, that's what I expect...this has happened the last 3 times I've ordered from the forest city location...any other location you can see the difference when you pay for & get thr extra meat....they cover it up with lettuce at this location you'll get more of that then meat in general.
