I got two regular subs that were great . I used my discount card the cashier forgot yo give it back.so when I went back a few hours later to get it it was folded up and thrown in the trash the card has other business we're I can get a discount on it they may not take it because it was folded like that. I feel you guys owe me for my card.
I've always loved Jersey Mike's their subs are better then everyone else's in my opinion, BUT when I order extra meat & even pay the extra money for it, that's what I expect...this has happened the last 3 times I've ordered from the forest city location...any other location you can see the difference when you pay for & get thr extra meat....they cover it up with lettuce at this location you'll get more of that then meat in general.
The girl who's the manager spends all her time smoking. And she doesn't wash her hands when preparing food.
Update 2025: no response ever to emails I sent from below; however, the food and service have been outstanding each week over the last six months. Definitely recommended. Update: After posting the review, the owner replied publicly asking for an email. I sent an email, and have received no response after more than a month.
