My first time here. I ordered the #8 club sub sandwich , and it was delicious. I was also able to add on some extra stuff, which was a great option.
Awful service and experience. Picked up food at the Bristol location in Santa Ana that I ordered ahead and they do not even acknowledge you when you are waiting there and I waited at least 10 minutes until I finally said excuse me and asked about my order and then they said they were working on it. About another 8-10 minutes go by and then I see a bunch of orders sitting up at the pickup area behind the counter and I said excuse me again and they then checked and my order had been sitting up there for who knows how long. Gluten free options!!! Probably one of the greatest experiences my wife and I have had together in the realm of care put into allergies. Specifically, the effort put into making a gluten free environment for our food to be made was top notch. Elliot and the other staff there were able to create an amazing meal for us while consistently swapping gloves, going above and beyond and even getting ingredients safely far from any areas of possible contamination.
