There is one worker there that was so rude to not only myself but to other customers. I'm literally just standing there as a doordash driver waiting for the order. The young lady with the glasses with the brown hair at 12:00 p.m. that was packing the food by the pickup was extremely rude. Now it was extremely busy and I'm just standing there and she was giving me non-stop attitude for no reason at all I don't know why her manager didn't say anything to this young lady who was very unprofessional and very rude. Very poor customer service by Kaylee?? Every Jersey mikes I have gone to managers and employees take such pride so friendly especially east Windsor .. EW IS AWESOME .. Kaylee should be fired no smile didn’t even ask what I wanted on sub, rude and looked miserable… very disapointed like I said EVERY JM has awesome employees and takes pride .. Wonderful experience. Sandwiches were amazing. Staff was welcoming and engaging. This was for the morning crew of February 26, 2026.
