I stopped by this Jersey Mike’s about 10 minutes before closing, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at the chain. As soon as I walked in, I was told there would be no hot sandwiches because “the grill is already off.” The staff seemed irritated that I even came in, and the attitude was noticeably rude from the start.
