Went in this morning and the girl who made my sandwich looked so annoyed and irritated. She made me really uncomfortable. The sandwich was good tho.

Although the food itself is of high quality. The staff make many mistakes and will not hold themselves accountable. Instead they take out their frustrations on customers with rude remarks. I've had pleasant experiences in the past, but two of the ladies working the Saturday shift on 3/14/26 were unpleasant and are bringing down the good vibes that I usually feel when entering a Jersey Mike's. One redeemable quality would have been an apology, but even that was too much to ask for. Yikes!

I walked in but chose to leave without placing an order due to the staff’s behavior. The employee who was assisting me was rude and dismissive from the start. I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. When I asked if someone else could prepare my sandwich, the staff began laughing behind the counter, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. There was also a lack of transparency in the food preparation area, as employees were out of sight and not clearly visible while handling food. That made me uneasy. My order was canceled two days in a row because they didn't have the ingredients for the sandwiches... they also held my money after canceling the order!!!!!!!! The staff is rude and does not answer their phone!!!!!! This location is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
