Last two times the bread was super hard and stale. Not sure what’s going on. Both times it was a Sunday afternoon so not sure how bread is stale already.
The slicer machine is FILTHY. Extremely unappetizing. Staff is rude, sandwich was sloppy. Missing half my toppings.
They ran out of bread 22 minutes before they close so try managing this store better is our suggestion. The kids in there were cleaning up the store for the night. I guess the bread is not cooked on sight of ran out of ingredients? Poorly run store.
As a loyal Jersey Mike’s fan, I’ve dined at enough locations to know the magic of a properly made #7. Unfortunately, the Commack location seems to be running its own comedy show every time I order. I go once a week (because I work nearby and apparently enjoy disappointment on my lunch break), and somehow my same exact order is always a surprise. I ordered my sandwich and asked for no lettuce and no tomatoes. When I left the store, and drove home I saw the sandwich had tomatoes and lettuce. Very disappointing.
