They ran out of bread 22 minutes before they close so try managing this store better is our suggestion. The kids in there were cleaning up the store for the night. I guess the bread is not cooked on sight of ran out of ingredients? Poorly run store.
As a loyal Jersey Mike’s fan, I’ve dined at enough locations to know the magic of a properly made #7. Unfortunately, the Commack location seems to be running its own comedy show every time I order. I go once a week (because I work nearby and apparently enjoy disappointment on my lunch break), and somehow my same exact order is always a surprise. I ordered my sandwich and asked for no lettuce and no tomatoes. When I left the store, and drove home I saw the sandwich had tomatoes and lettuce. Very disappointing.
Jersey Mike’s is hands-down my brother’s and my favorite place to eat. The manager Kenny, and the rest of the staff are super friendly and welcoming. They make every sandwich just right – fresh, fast, and full of flavor. You can tell they care about what they do. The place is always clean and has a great vibe, whether we’re grabbing a quick bite or just hanging out. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great sub and even better service!!!
