Employees were slow, goofing around, not taking things seriously, letting lines form, messing up orders - I’m glad they were having fun but it’s not professional and really bad customer service. Would avoid this location.
The guys working here were cool.
Honestly, my experience here was really disappointing. The employees were unprofessional and even laughed while taking my order, which didn’t sit right with me. Then I checked the reviews and saw other people had similar issues—one person even said a manager made a racial joke toward a young Black professional woman. That’s not okay at all. I won’t be going back to this Jersey Mike’s. How customers are treated matters, and people are going to spend their money where they feel respected.
