If I could give this a zero I would, my chicken chipotle sandwich tasted like mayonnaise and it was not toasted and to top it all off there was a poor old lady who dropped her drink and when she went to go get someone to help clean it up and repeatedly was apologizing the women at the counter with dark long hair in a pony tail rolled her eyes and waved her off in such a poor manner. terrible customer service!!!! highly do not recommend go to Penn Station
Friendly staff. Sandwich bread was little hard. Was cold sandwich. Next time will get hot.
My husband and I decided to try Jersey Mike's today. A huge disappointment. We both ordered #9, (one giant and one regular). The price was $32. The subs weren't bad, just overpriced for a cold sandwich and nothing else. When we paid, the employee who checked us out didn't even put the sandwiches in a bag. We carried out 2 sloppy wrapped subs barely in the paper. We don't eat out much and this was just very disappointing. We won't be going back.
