This location is absolutely disgusting. Dirty door. Dirty floors. Dirty tables and chairs. Counter tops covered with sandwich scraps and bread scraps. Rude employees standing around not providing aby customer service. I watched one take money from a customer wearing gloves then went right back to making sandwiches with the same gloves, without washing hands or even bothering to change the gloves. Always a good sandwich for a reasonable price
I usually have good experiences at Jersey Mike’s, so I didn’t think twice about trying a new sandwich. At first everything seemed fine, and my order came out as expected. However, while I was eating, I noticed a live roach crawling on the floor nearby. I was completely disgusted and ended up throwing my sandwich away without finishing it. I immediately let one of the employees know, and he appeared genuinely shocked that it was there and that we had seen it.
