I enjoy Jersey Mike's and have generally had good experiences with the food and service. However, one concern I've noticed is that some employees do not change their gloves often enough during food preparation. Gloves only help with food safety when they're changed regularly. My partner and I experienced very rude and unprofessional staff during our visit to this Jersey Mikes. My partner is Gluten Intolerant and has always been able to rely on JM’s as a safe and welcoming option for meals while traveling. We have visited this location in the past and have not had issues. The two men today running the line were extremely unwelcoming, aggressively responding to her requests and concerns. Pork Roll bait and switch. No other way to describe it. Ordered a pork roll breakfast sandwich and got ham. If I'd wanted ham, I'd have gotten that. And yes, I know the difference between thinly sliced sandwich ham and pork roll.
Not the best, the chicken grill Philly, has nothing to do with chicken! Won’t be visiting again 👎🏼
