This is the worst Jersey Mikes i’ve been to. Just left there, 04/27/2025 @ 7:03 pm. Nowhere on the menu does it say no substitutions, yet i wasn’t allowed to make any on the meat i wanted. I was told it was a new rule from the boss. The staff was short, didn’t ask if id like to use my shore points or not and then made it seem like such an inconvenience to use them. Will not be back to this location!

Great turkey sandwich and the veggies were super fresh
I had an extremely rude interaction today with two of the stores employees. The female red head said there was no supervisor for me to talk to. Refused to give me any contact information for a supervisor and refused to give me her name, but she gave me the name of her coworker who was also rude and loud with me. His name is Makel. If any supervisor from this store sees this, I would love to talk to you.
