Stopped by the Jersey Mike’s on 120th St. and had a great experience! Matt and Mars were both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient. They took the time to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it, and the sandwich was fresh and delicious. It’s always nice to see a team that genuinely cares about their customers. My son gets there at 8:48 pm. First he called and they tell him that they ran out of bread, that they had a busy day! Once he gets there, he hears them saying, oh its this guy. They start pulling out their bread trays and tell him, yeah, look, we're out of bread. What kind of BS is that. If I was the owner of that location, I would be pissed. His employees are purposely losing money that he could have made. I usually have a good experience at this location, but to pull something like this, just because they're too lazy to do... read more
