This is absolutely the best sub in town!
My husband and I go to jersey Mike, maybe once a month or so, but when I went to this Jersey Mike's near South wood, I ordered #17 in a bowl, with sliced tomatoes only. The meal came out, I took a bite and realized the meat was bad, I returned it to the cashier, she did not offer a replacement, nor did she offer return on monies, I won't visit that site again.
It was so hot in the shop the last several times I've been there... I'm told the AC is broken and corporate has performed maintenance/repairs 3x for the same issue but refuse to replace it! I saw people leaving because it was too hot! Lastly, how can corporate be so callous to not look out for their people?!?!
My family and I just recently started coming to Jersey Mike's, and I'm not sure why we haven't sooner! We've ordered to-go, and the sandwiches come out fresh and made with love. There was a hiccup with my sub in a tub order, and when I called the store, the manager was very polite and went above and beyond to make sure everything was rectified. First time at Jersey Mikes and if I lived in Tally I’d come more than once a week because Hannah was amazing! So friendly and welcoming, patient, and kind. She’s amazing! Go visit Hannah everyone!
