Unprofessional staff and management. My order was placed online and they didn’t print it out and prepare it. No apologies! Didn’t even acknowledge they made a mistake after I sat in the restaurant for 20 minutes waiting for an online order! Very clear nobody in this place knows what they are doing!
DON'T WAST YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE, THEY MESS UP YOUR ONLINE ORDERS ALL THE TIME. This crap of a wrap isn't what I ordered & for what I paid for it, it's not worth it. Left a bad tast in my mouth,literally. I ordered a wrap with a white wrap, I got a wheat one. I didn't ask for onions because I can't eat them, they are on my wrap; I tasted it 1st time I bit into one side of it. I asked to add honey mustard, they smothered it. 45 minutes for them to make three subs in the evening in the middles of the week. Ended up taking everything to go because we got tired of sitting around. Hardly busy at all no reason it took so long.
Wasted my lunch break sitting in the drive through line waiting for someone to do their job.
Mr Land gave great customer service!!! I came in last minute and he made sure I got my supper. Great work!
