Older lady was rude for no reason at all. I have hearing problems & she asked me I wanted my sub “mikes way” when I clearly had already told her I wanted everything on it that it comes with. & she proceeds to say “so mikes way?” & shakes her head like I’m some kind of idiot. I told her 2x I wanted it how it comes & she proceeded to get angry with me over it. If she doesn’t like her job she should find somewhere else to work! Customer service is quit frankly her job!
The crew on service during my visit was professional but inexperienced. My order was delayed, forgotten, and delayed again. I can understand it takes time for people to learn the process but this team was not ready. I would expect some courtesy gift or at least apologies for the poor service but I was barely spoken to. Jersey Mike's is my favorite sandwich shop and I'm so disappointed because of this experience I don't know if I'll be returning.

Even my 12yr old can make a sandwich correctly...this location cannot. But that's to be expected when the staff are all rude high schoolers. Drove an hour to get subs we ordered online just to be greeted with an attitude. When a customer says "thank you", your reply is "you're welcome". Not a roll of your eyes. Shoulda spent that $61 elsewhere. If I were corporate, I'd fire the entire staff here immediately.
Sandwiches were freshly made and correct as ordered. The service was second to none.
