Elena is a gem! Her warm smile and exceptional service create an inviting atmosphere. She truly goes above and beyond for her customers, making every visit a memorable part of ur day.
This location is not good with catering. They lack the full kit and still give full price. Happened twice. I won’t be using this location again. Very unprofessional attitude. Catering fail. And, I get to my destination and they cut the sandwiches in 3 instead of 4 and I don't have enough for my party.
Online order at 1:30. Said it’s ready at 1:50. It’s 2:13 and I’m still here waiting. This store is not good
One of the most if not the MOST dirty facilities of jersey mikes around sd. They should clean as they go and keep the work space cleas as possible. Someone is not doing the right supervision of those workers. I dont blame the green workers trying to make a dime for a living. But i will blame the manager for not taking care of this facility or teach the right way how to keep the workspace as clean as possible… Plus lack of communication with the customer they didn’t ask me if i want it to add some ingredients or so.
