I placed a pickup order through Uber Eats for the #7 Turkey & Provolone, but when I arrived, I saw the label on the bag showed a #2 Ham & Provolone — a completely different sandwich. I informed the employee immediately, before leaving the store, and instead of correcting the mistake, he simply said they could not change it and offered no solution.
