Honestly I eat at this jersey mikes once around once a week. Today was the first time having a negative experience. Spoke to Tatiana on the phone and she said come down I’ll give you two free subs since they messed up my order (giant, paid with points). I drive down and she says I told you one free sub, half of what I ordered.. honestly I’ll be back because Jersey mikes is awesome but will try to avoid this shift
Sandwiches pretty good here, however, ordered a number 9 and they left the bacon off. They get too busy and they forget their quality control.
Would be 5 out of 5 but the online orders take priority to the people waiting in the store. Which makes it take way to long during peak hours, and is quite frustrating. Staff is also great and super friendly. Sandwiches are always on point. But I have had to leave a few times and go across the street to Subway to save time.

I arrived 5 minutes after the order pickup time said it would be ready and it wasn't ready yet so I waited for 5 minutes. When I asked when it would be ready, they said 5 more minutes. I waited almost 25 minutes for my order whereas everyone who ordered in store got their orders immediately. If I would've known that, I wouldn't have ordered ahead.
