I usually come to this Jersey Mike’s about once a week and have always had a good experience, but today was the first time things didn’t go well. I spoke with Tatiana on the phone, and she told me to come in and she’d give me two free subs since my order was messed up. When I got there, she said she only meant one, which was half of what I originally ordered. I’ll still be back because I like Jersey Mike’s overall, but I’ll probably try to avoid coming during that shift.

The food would’ve been better if my sandwiches would’ve been made at the same time and some of them didn’t get hot from sitting there when they’re supposed to be cold. My order was supposed to be done at 1:15 and they didn’t get completed till 125 I waited 10 minutes in your restaurant waiting for my food. there was no a real apology and they acted like it was OK once to me it’s not I have other things I have to get picked up.
