The sandwich was mostly bread with very little filling, which was disappointing. The customer service was also horrible. There seemed to be an issue when I asked about the remaining items in my order that were sitting right there on the counter. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I expected much better from Jersey Mike’s.
What was once my favorite spot to go to get a sub is quickly becoming part of a list of places I no longer visit. We were at walmart getting school supplies for our children to return to school the following day. They chose to eat At Jersey Mike's and because Walmart was crowded we placed a pick up order for 6:30 pm, which was 5 giant subs including a hot sub.
