Awesome customer service and very delicious food for a great price.
My biggest complaint, and this isn't just with Jersey Mike's, it's all these place and their rewards, apps, ect. Why can't they just reduce our purchases back to what they should be priced at, example combo $15 or $16, but after so many visits you get 6 inch for free, I just want to pay $12 for my combo everytime, not $3 or $4 extra dollars every visit just to get my free one, wait the one I already paid for later.
