Customer service is childish and a joke. Y’all made my order incorrectly and because I requested a refund from Uber Eats and was willing to drive to the restaurant for a remake, talking bout it can’t be done? Sounds like I’ll no longer be a customer. How do you forget the chicken salad in a chicken salad bowl?! Raggedy service all around.
Very disappointed in Jersey Mike's sandwich today. I ordered the chick bacon ranch no#26 today with mushrooms, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato but that's wasn't what I got. Instead of what I ordered for 20.00 dollars I got meat and bread smh no bacon or nothing else that I wanted on the damn bread. Very disappointed indeed
I love going to this Jersey Mike’s. The service is top tier, the speed, the food quality, cleanliness and the attention to customer satisfaction is apparent here. There are 2 employees that really stand out to me when I go, I see them work so hard so frequently and maintain a positive attitude throughout any type of lunch/dinner rush or service.
