I previously went to the Narragansett location it was not great. The management gave us a free sub for any location. We went to westerly the staff was great the sandwiches were fresh and the place was very clean. Thank you we will be back. I highly recommend the original Italian mikes way!!!
Once again simple instructions failed to be heard the shorts heavy set girl that was working asked me if I wanted salt and pepper on my sandwich. I politely told her no thank you for the salt and pepper. She then proceeded to load my sandwich with salt and pepper. I again stated that I did not want salt and pepper. She then developed an attitude with me through her hands in the air and said well what do you want me to do make it again? I politely said no I wanted you to make it right the first time.
