The food from this Jersey smokes is always on point. They have the freshest subs I’ve ever had. I’ve been Jimmy John’s, subway, Quiznos and so many other places. This place hands down the best.
We rolled in there with 5 kids under 8yo that had been cooped up in a can for 5 hours and were hungry. If course they spilled a drink within 12 seconds of sitting down. The staff was amazing about it. The food was a great result from the drudgery of road snacks, and everything was immaculately cleaned. Cheers to the whole team at this jersey mikes!!
They forgot part of our order which happens, I understand. They offered to refund OR remake the sandwich. Common sense would be to focus on customer retention and courtesy, and do both since we have to drive all the way back. Not returning here.
The staff was kind, attentive, considerate, efficient, and understanding of what ended up being a complex situation. The manager on this afternoon was particularly hard working- I wish I got her name
