During lunch hour they kill it, the best Jersey Mike's in town. Manager is always super friendly
I pre-ordered a sandwich today, and when I walked in, there were no less than five people behind the counter none of whom even acknowledged my existence. No customers in the store but me. I had to say my name several times and point to the bag where my food was waiting. They were like zombies. I’ve never seen anything like it. When you pay $25 for a sandwich, you would expect someone to acknowledge you when you walk in and attentively bring you your food. Horrible customer service. It’s also filthy in there.
My brother goes here every Friday before Football. He hasn't been in in a while and we picked up some food for him. So sweet, thank you! Big Ed appreciated the message:)
