What the hell is the point of ordering ahead of it's just going to be skipped for the customers in store. Train your staff property please
Restaurant was dirty. Only 2 customers seated. 6 employees standing around loudly conversing. All customers were focused on the employee conversations rather than eating in peace. Tables not wiped down - food debris, oil, and vegetable matter on empty tables. Employees seemed to have zero work ethic. Bathroom was dirty, and disgusting. We asked if we could dine in and staff confirmed, we (yes, i had a child with me) were asked to leave the premise in middle of our dinner - and they started putting the cleaning solution on the floor and all. I am surprised such things still happen!
Have been out of 2/3 types of bread each of my last 4 visits. Also had a mobile order that they just changed and used a different bread & didn’t inform me or ask if I wanted to change it to a wrap, sub, etc. A lot of immature kids working here.
