Stopped by Jersey Mike’s and had a great experience. Staff was friendly, the sub was made fresh and loaded up right, and everything tasted really good. Place was clean and service was quick even during a rush. I’ll be back.
I was running early to meet a friend and stop by to get some feed. The staff was literally getting their butt kicked but was very friendly and nice. The line was out the door. They done wonderful getting people in and out
During lunch hour they kill it, the best Jersey Mike's in town. Manager is always super friendly
I pre-ordered a sandwich today, and when I walked in, there were no less than five people behind the counter none of whom even acknowledged my existence. No customers in the store but me. I had to say my name several times and point to the bag where my food was waiting. They were like zombies. I’ve never seen anything like it. When you pay $25 for a sandwich, you would expect someone to acknowledge you when you walk in and attentively bring you your food. Horrible customer service. It’s also filthy in there.
