Jersey Mike's has been my favorite sub place since I learned they were opening a store in Ohio near my work in the '90s. Back then, I could eat a giant sub in about 2 hours. I enjoy watching my subs being made and can ask for changes while they make my sandwiches. Two weeks ago, I ordered delivery, and this is the second time in a row that the same thing went wrong.
