These guys are brain dead. Grabbed a sub before my Amtrak and they didn't even cut the sub. How tf am I supposed to eat a giant sub as one piece - really basic stuff. Just fire everyone and close them down already this is absurd.
I don’t think I’ve ever waited so long for a sandwich
Worst service ever. I got my sandwich about 20 minutes ago. The sandwich maker Shellena seemed like she didn’t want to be at work. She did not even change gloves. The lettuce was brown so I opted out and her customer service was trash. I will throwing this sandwich away. The young man was smacking on gum. I was so relieved that he wasn’t making my sandwich. Hostile employees yelling at customers and being shockingly rude and unprofessional. While I was waiting, an Uber Eats driver asked to pick up an order and asked them to hand it to him across the counter. She yelled at him and instructed the other employee to block him from picking up at that location, simply for asking for his order.
