Terrible. Very dirty. Get vegan options
Maaaan. I really wanted a Jersey Mike’s Turkey and Provolone. They were out of bread at 5:30 in the afternoon and said it would be at least 1.5 hours before they could resume making sandwiches. The guy was nice. So there’s an extra star for that. Added a pic of Henry thinking about that sandwich.
I was very disappointed to learn that I was unable to either redeem my Shore Points or earn points on my recent purchase. I spent $32.21 on my order and expected to be able to participate in the rewards program. As a loyal customer, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I would appreciate an explanation as to why the points could not be used or earned on this transaction and whether this issue can be resolved. Thank you.
I try to be positive, but fair in my reviews. But I have to say this: My experience here could've been better. Of course I know that is asking for a lot from a kiosk in Union Station. I was there yesterday(sunday may 31st 2026) and it just seemed like the staff there were overworked and you can tell by the look on their faces that they were very stressed out with the amount of people that they had to serve.
