I love Jersey Mike's but yikes, this may be the worst store in the country. Placed an order, waited in store for 50 minutes, left without getting food. Tried calling to cancel the order and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Tried calling back and the phone is off or they blocked my number. Absolutely wild and disappointing encounter.
I don’t know what they put in the water (or the vinegar) at Jersey Mike’s, but they completely ruin regular sandwich shops for me. Every time I come here, the ingredients are incredibly fresh. Watching them slice the meat and cheese right in front of you makes a massive difference—you can taste the quality instantly. My absolute go-to is the #13 Original Italian, and you have to get it "Mike's Way" (onions, lettuce, tomatoes, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and spices). The flavor combo is perfect every single time.
