It's so funny. Mcd's revenues and traffic is down dramatically the last two years right...they add burgers and stores but can't figure it out. Let me help you out. This store has a great staff member. This young man is so helpful, polite and kind. He takes his time to make the sandwich just right and always has a smile no matter how busy they are. I have had great experiences every time I have stepped a foot into this establishment. The location is always clean and staff is awesome. Shawn always has a smile on her face and very respectful. There was also another crew member that stood out to me was Kendrick who was also very respectfully and full of joy.
Absolutely amazing service that I have ever had at any Jersey Mike's! I was greeted by the staff when I walked in, in spite of them being busy. The manager and staff went above and beyond to make sure my experience as well as everyone else a great one. Kendrick made my sub with care and precision, while Shawn kept the vibe upbeat and welcoming, and BJ was doing wonders on the grill. Haven't stopped by to ger my favorite tuna salad in a while and also missed that great energy Market Street provides. My online order was ready to picked up and the crew is always in great spirits. I like to joke around with the manager Shawn, she keep me laughing with her amazing sense of humor. I should stop by more often...
